FAQ on Book Orders

Can you autograph it for me? I cannot, as the books do not cross my desk, or even enter my country to keep shipping costs down. However, I will soon be announcing a complimentary bonus of a signed bookplate (a fancy word for 'sticker') which can be placed into the book. This will be made available to all purchasers, past and future.

How is it shipped? As I am currently offering free shipping on orders around the world, that coincides with it being the lowest cost method. Books are sent by regular post. They are trackable within the USA, but most international orders are not.

When will I get my book? Currently books are expected to arrive in two to three weeks from the time of your order. I'll update this with more accurate estimates once I see results. If your order is urgent (I'm not sure what would cause this to be the case!) there are faster options, but the cost is significant. (+ $20 or more)
